To be an advocate is to speak out on behalf of a cause in which you believe. We at the Florida Breast Cancer Coalition Research Foundation (FBCCRF) believe that eradication of breast cancer is possible in our lifetimes. Therefore, we educate ourselves about breast cancer, its causes and potential cures along with diagnostic and treatment options. We speak out by actively discussing our own cases with our physicians and caregivers, by informing others about breast cancer, and by calling, writing and educating our legislators regarding important issues.
